  • We rely on renowned carriers, DHL and FedEx, to ensure the secure and timely delivery of your chosen products.
  • Once you place an order, our team requires 1 business day to process and prepare your shipment for dispatch.
  • The delivery time for regular International orders is approximately 7-10 business days from our end. However, please consider that custom orders may require an additional 2 days to facilitate custom payment and KYC procedures, which will be your responsibility as the customer.
  • We offer free shipping for all orders about USD 100. We also bear the cost of any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees mandated by your country's regulations while shipping your order.
  • However, please note that in case of an exchange or return, the responsibility of these charges fall on the customer. You can refer to our return and exchange policy for more information on the same.
  • For orders under USD 100, both shipping and custom duty charges will be the responsibility of the customer. The shipping charges vary based on your country.
