Return and Exchange Policy

At Nish Hair, your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. We want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our exchange policy, which is designed to make your experience with us as smooth as possible.

Exchange Only Policy:

We want to emphasize that due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns; our policy exclusively allows for product exchanges. Please keep this in mind as you review the following guidelines.

Exchange Eligibility:

Please note that we do not accept returns; however, we are happy to assist you with exchanges. Here are the products that are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or discounted orders
  • Curly or wavy hair extensions and hair toppers
  • Accessories, including Evil Eye Jewel products, Scrunchies by Dinckle, hair clips, and combs
  • Hair perfumes & Hairline Powder
  • Donut scrunchies, #Strandout, and Skin Patch
  • Products purchased at pop-ups, exhibitions, or in-person trials
  • Any products that have been washed, cut, coloured, chemically treated and or damaged due to styling, post purchase. 

If your product doesn't fall into the above categories and is eligible for exchange, please read the following guidelines carefully.

Exchange Guidelines:

  1. Exchanges are accepted within 6 days of delivery. Requests for exchange made after this period cannot be accommodated.

  2. Since we only have a physical store in India. All products are shipped from India itself and all exchanges are to be done with the Indian store. 

  3. You, our valued customer, are responsible for return shipping costs and any custom duty charges incurred during the exchange process.

  4. Similarly, you are responsible for the shipping and custom duty charges for the exchanged parcel.

  5. To be eligible for exchange, products must be unworn/unused and in their original condition.

Initiating an Exchange:

To initiate an exchange, please reach out to us at customersupport@nishhair.com. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping Instructions:

When returning the goods, kindly ensure that you clearly mention your order number and contact number on the package. We also require the return receipt of the package with a clear tracking number.

Refund Policy:

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process a Store Credit Coupon Code. This code can be used for your future purchase or shared as a thoughtful gift.

Please be aware that we DO NOT OFFER REFUND. Instead, we provide STORE CREDIT.

Package Security:

We want to emphasize that Nish Hair is not responsible for any package theft that may occur after delivery confirmation. And this will not be considered as a valid reason for refund.
